Feng Tay Group started to invest in India in 2006 by signing an MOU (Memorandum of Understanding) with Government of Tamil Nada to produce Pioneer brand sports shoes in India.

Feng Tay’s intention was to help establish prosperity and growth in economically backward districts of Tamil Nadu. Mangal Village in Tiruvannamalai District was selected to foster this dream. Since 2006, we have established Cheyyar SEZ Developers Pvt Ltd. in India and set up six factories: Lotus Footwear Enterprises (LU) Units 1 & 2, East Wind Footwear Company (EW) Units 1 & 2 and Fairway Enterprises Company (FA) Units 1 & 2. These factories produce top branded sports shoes in keeping with the concept of “Made in India”.
